Quality Control

At Hayes Manufacturing we are proud to have earned a reputation for the quality of work that we put into our products. All products are thoroughly inspected by Quality Control personnel before leaving our facility. Through the years there have been many instances when we have sacrificed profits in order to make sure the product is perfect. That is how dedicated we are to quality.

In addition to the expertise of our personnel, one of the keys to our successful Quality Control program is our equipment, including the CMM (Computer Measuring Machine). This technology measures parts to within 0.001” which ensures all of our machined parts are to the customer’s specifications.

It is because of the effectiveness of our quality program that our company has been able to obtain certification by the American Institution of Steel Construction for Simple Steel Bridges, as well as Association of American Railroads certification.
